Yes. CES provides full-service creative direction, event planning and production, leading the experience from initial strategy and concept development through planning, production and on-site execution. We manage the many disciplines and specialist partners required to bring the experience to life, maintaining one cohesive creative and production vision from beginning to end.

Ideally, CES is engaged early enough to help shape the experience from the beginning. For larger or more complex engagements, six to twelve months is recommended. We can also work within shorter timelines when the scope, resources and production requirements allow.

CES combines creative direction, strategic planning and production under one integrated vision. We don't simply coordinate the individual elements of an event. We consider how the environment, programming, hospitality, production and guest journey work together to create a cohesive experience connected to the organization's objectives.

Every engagement is different, and investment depends on the scale, complexity, creative direction and production requirements of the experience. CES is best suited to organizations planning substantial corporate experiences where professional creative, planning and production leadership are required. Following an initial conversation, we can help determine whether the scope and investment are appropriately aligned.

CES is based in Toronto and produces experiences throughout the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. For projects outside the region, travel and production requirements are assessed as part of the engagement.
